    REQUIRED VENUE & A/V NEEDS:

    • Registration Area (at Host Church’s Discretion)

    • Sound System w/ at least (2) 12” Main Speakers and (1) 18” Subwoofer

    • Qualified Staff or Volunteer Team Member to Run Sound During Event

    • (1) Boom Mic Stand w/ Vocal Mic, (1) XLR w/ 48V Power for Acoustic Guitar

    • (1) Stereo DI Box w/ Dual ¼” to 3.5mm TRS Cable

    • (2) Straight Mic Stands w/ (2) Tablet Holders

    • (1) Digital Piano/Keyboard setup w/ a Vocal Mic on a Boom Stand

    • (1) High Quality Wireless Handheld Mic for Speaking/Teaching

    • (1) Power Outlet at Worship Leader’s stage location

    • (1) Power Outlet at Pulpit/Podium for Conference Speaker’s Laptop

    • Presentation Software & Screens for Song Lyrics & Presentations

    • Qualified Staff or Volunteer to Run Presentation Software During Event

    • Round or Rectangle Tables for Attendees to use for taking notes and having group discussion are preferred over theater style seating, but not required.

    • Space for Meals can be the same space as main conference room or a different space if better suited

    • (1) 6ft or 8ft Rectangle Table w/ Black Spandex Tablecloth for Displaying Steadfast Worship Info

    HOST CHURCH ALSO COVERS THE COST OF THESE ITEMS FOR STEADFAST:

    • 3 Night Hotel Accommodations (1 Room w/ 2 Queen Beds)

    ‍• 3 Day Vehicle Rental (Mid-Size Sedan or Mid-Size SUV)

    *Host Church Manages Conference Registration

    Host Church Sets Conference Registration Fee Suggested: $75-$150/person

    *Host Church Receives Payments Directly from Attendees
